It is worth mentioning that the class leader is not a senior teacher, but is taught by Lieutenant Do Van Linh (26 years old) currently working at Dien Bien Provincial Police.
With more than 250,000 followers and nearly 3 million visitors per month on Facebook, the Fanpage " Compete with Linhteacher99" has become a useful online classroom, spreading knowledge and spreading passion for thousands of students.
Born and raised in Dien Bien, Lieutenant Linh understands the difficulties and efforts to overcome difficulties of students in mountainous areas. After graduating and returning to the locality, he came up with the idea of building a Fanpage to share knowledge, helping students approach it more intuitively and vividly.
In 2024, he decided to open the first course of the "Zero-VND Classroom" project, to support ethnic minority students in places with limited conditions to go to exam centers. Accordingly, two online classes on Literature and History take place one session/week. At the same time, he also continuously updates useful content on the Fanpage.
Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Lieutenant Linh said: "What makes the class attractive is not the lack of free space, but also the enthusiasm and enthusiasm. It is a separate curriculum, a special educational method, combining theoretical knowledge and soft skills as well as inviting influential people to share experiences with students.
Ksor Hung - a student at Tran Quoc Tuan High School (Phu Thien District, Gia Lai Province), one of the students attending the class - said: "I am always grateful and appreciative to study and experience knowledge in a meaningful classroom. Happiness from student maturity
Lieutenant Do Van Linh is not only known for his extensive achievements in provincial/national competitions for excellent students, but is also the valedictorian of the Social Security Security Security Security Security Security reconnaissance major - People's Security Academy.
What makes Mr. Linh happiest is the maturity and success of the students. The achievement in 2024 was when a student of his excellently won the first prize for excellent students at the provincial level in History in Dien Bien.

Lieutenant Linh also affirmed that he is not affected by Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training on extra teaching and learning. I consider literature as an anthology, that is, teaching how people live. Education is the same, if we remove commercialization and only invest in expertise, it is clear that there will not be widespread extra classes and tutoring... he said.
