    According to Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung, each province will have different ideas for designing snake mascots. In Can Tho City alone, the snake mascot wears a hat to differentiate it from mascots in other places.
    “Chat lieu linh vat duoc lam bang xop. Don vi phai thiet ke tren may tinh roi moi dieu khac bang may. Sau do, qua nhung doi ban tay kheo leo cua nghe nhan, linh vat duoc trang tri co “hon” hon.
