The average selling price is about 2830 million VND/m2, the corner apartments range from 3033 million VND/m2, including 2% maintenance fee according to regulations.

    Currently, the area implementing the Hoan Kiem Lake East Square - Park project (area of 2.14ha) has 47 land users, including 12 organizations, agencies and 35 households, most of whom have land use right certificates.

    Arranging suitable accommodation for people in the project area is an important step for Hanoi to soon implement a project to improve the landscape of the central area of the capital.
