Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for people to build houses in Truong Kenh Cau village and Dong Tao commune (old), Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province, with a total of 69 land lots.
The total area of the auctioned plots is 6,393.8m2, the area of each plot ranges from 82.5m2 to 133.6m2, starting price from 16 to 22.8 million VND/m2.
The price step applied to all plots of land is 200,000 VND/m2. The fee for purchasing documents to participate in the auction is stipulated to be 200,000 VND/ dossier/land plot. The purchased documents cannot be exchanged or refunded in any case, unless the auction is not held.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 a.m. on October 29, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025, at the Economic Department - People's Committee of Hoan Long Commune (Hoan Long Commune Public Administration Service Center, Hung Yen Province) and at Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company - Office No. 6, Floor 1, Sunrise IIA Building, Sai Dong Urban Area, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi City.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on November 15, 2025 (Saturday) at the Hoan Long Commune Cultural House (old Dong Than Commune Cultural House), Hung Yen Province. Auction participants must be present before 7:30 a.m. the same day to complete the procedures to attend the auction.
