    Young firefighters wrap banh chung quickly thanks to years of "experience" celebrating Tet away from home.

    It has become a tradition that on the days before Lunar New Year, officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Team (PCCC&CNCH, Bac Tu Liem District Police, Hanoi) wrap Chung cakes together to celebrate Tet right at the unit.

    From people who have never wrapped banh chung, but after many years of celebrating Tet away from home, these young soldiers can now wrap the cakes skillfully.

    “When I was at home, my parents would mostly wrap the cakes, and I would just help with the small tasks. Now I can wrap the square cakes myself. This will also be a gift that we will bring home to give to our families after Tet,” Corporal Chu Huu Vuong shared.
