    On the evening of January 31 (the 3rd day of Tet), Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien province opened the district's Cultural, Sports and Tourism Festival 2025.

    The parade had the theme "Ethnic groups of Tuan Giao district unite to move forward" to demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, preserve traditional culture and the path of restructuring the district's agricultural sector with two key tasks of planting, caring for and developing macadamia and coffee trees.

    Witnessing a street cultural parade for the first time in her home district, Ms. Lo Thi Lan, Quai Nua commune, Tuan Giao district - said: "I feel extremely excited and proud to witness the parade imbued with the cultural identity of the highlands.     Participating in the parade, Ms. Lo Thi Thim (50 years old, Thai ethnic group, Chieng Sinh commune, Tuan Giao district) excitedly said: “I feel extremely proud to participate in the street cultural parade today. The feeling of being able to join everyone singing and dancing is like being young again.”

    “Den voi ngay hoi, nhan dan va du khach duoc hoa minh vao man dieu hanh van hoa duong pho voi quy mo dien vien tham gia lon chua tung co. Duoc thuong thuc su ron rang, da mau sac cua cac dieu xoe, dieu sap, tieng khen” - Chu tich UBND huyen Tuan Giao noi.
    “Coming to the festival, people and tourists can immerse themselves in a street cultural parade with an unprecedented scale of participating actors. They can enjoy the excitement and diversity of xoe (soa dance), sap (sap dance) and khen (panpipe) sounds,” said the Chairman of Tuan Giao District People’s Committee.
