On the days leading up to Tet, on all the streets of Thai Nguyen City, workers are busy trimming trees and decorating with lights and flowers to welcome the spring.

In the last days of the year, the weather is cold, Thai Nguyen City - the cradle of the steel industry, puts on a colorful "coat" to welcome spring.

On some streets such as Hoang Van Thu, Luong Ngoc Quyen, Quang Trung... the atmosphere is bustling and urban beautification work is taking place vigorously to prepare for spring.

The cluster of industrial gears decorated with prominent yellow and green colors, surrounded by meticulously cared for and trimmed yellow daisies, helps to decorate and highlight the urban space of Thai Nguyen City.

The lanterns with shimmering red and yellow tones bring the atmosphere of spring to the streets.

Urban workers diligently take care of flower beds along the city center route.

Gsbss — Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong (Trung Vuong ward, Thai Nguyen city) shared: "Every time Tet comes, the whole city is beautifully decorated and clean. All the streets are decorated with lights, flowers, green trees, newly painted... seeing such a scene, gives me a cozy feeling, filled with the Tet atmosphere".

According to information from the Thai Nguyen City Urban Management Department, urban beautification work began about 1 month before Tet. To make the city more brilliant and spacious, the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee directed relevant units to hang 1,400 pennants, 8 large streamers, and 100 banners on central roads.
