All the streets are decorated with lights, flowers, green trees, newly painted... seeing such a scene, gives me a cozy feeling, filled with the Tet atmosphere".

    According to information from the Thai Nguyen City Urban Management Department, urban beautification work began about 1 month before Tet. To make the city more brilliant and spacious, the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee directed relevant units to hang 1,400 pennants, 8 large streamers, and 100 banners on central roads.
