The plan aims to effectively exploit the public housing and land fund associated with land use rights, meeting the needs for use as working headquarters, commercial and service business locations, warehouses or socialization facilities in the fields of education, health, culture, sports, and environment.
In this list, there are many locations located in the center and old agency headquarters such as: Old Department of Finance Headquarters (102 Tran Quy Cap), Old Department of Industry and Trade (07 Tran Hung Dao), Old Da Nang City Tax Department (594 Hung Vuong), Old Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (58 Phan Chau Trinh); and many large land areas such as No. 14 Tran Phu (more than 3,470 m2), No. 08 Nguyen Chi Thanh (more than 3,219 m2)...
The conditions for participation are that organizations and individuals in need must submit a House Lease Registration Form issued by the Da Nang Housing Management and Exploitation Center and deposit a deposit equal to 5% of the total rent value of the entire lease term (10 years) into the Center's bank account. Cases subject to priority according to regulations must submit a copy of the proof document.
The city divides the receipt of dossiers and deposits for house and land groups:
Phase 1 applies to 23 land and house facilities (according to Notice 3120/TB-TTQLKTN), receiving dossiers from 7:30 am on September 16 to 5:30 pm on September 23. The meeting to determine the person entitled to lease the organization starts from 7:45 am on September 25.
Phase 2 applies to 11 land and house facilities (according to Notice 3109/TB-TTQLKTN), receiving dossiers from 7:30 am on September 16 to 5:30 pm on September 24. The appointment of the leaseholder takes place from 7:45 am on September 28.
Dossiers and deposits are received directly at the Da Nang Housing Management and Exploitation Center, No. 06 Tran Quy Cap Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City. In case organizations and individuals want to conduct field surveys before registering, they can contact the Center directly for support.
