Land plot A2-1 in Tho Quang 2 Resettlement Area, Son Tra ward has a lease term of 36 months for ornamental plant and ornamental creature business.

Participants registering for land lease must be individuals who are 18 years old or older and have full civil act capacity. People registering to buy a house must belong to the subjects specified in Article 76 of the Housing Law and do not own a house in Da Nang city. The condition on monthly income must not exceed 15 million VND for single people. For households, the total income of both husband and wife must not exceed 30 million VND per month. When people go to submit applications, they need to bring documents proving the subject, residence conditions and income level according to the forms specified in Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
The investor will conduct dossier review in accordance with the priority order and legal regulations. In case the number of valid dossiers exceeds the number of apartments for sale, the company will organize a public draw.
