For the preferential policy of raising the profit level from the current 10%, to the maximum of 13%, businesses see more opportunities in investing in social housing projects. Up to now, businesses have not boldly participated in projects because they are concerned about low efficiency, so the new incentive level will be a driving force to attract more investors.
