Efficiency does not mean consumption to the point of exhaustion. Strength does not come from ignoring but from respecting the body.

The body is always "talking", but in a world with too many worries, we no longer have patience to listen. And when the sound of a breakage echoes, whether on the football field or in life, it is often too late.

Learning to feel the body, sometimes, is just daring to speak, daring to share psychological and physiological issues to know when to stop. That is understanding, not weakness, so as not to pay too high a price.
