English is the subject with the most criticism, even from foreign teachers, the majority think it is too difficult, but this subject has an average score of 5.38. Other basic statistics show that students' English quality has increased, with good differentiation. Experts evaluating the exam have assessed the abilities of excellent students with outstanding Mathematical thinking.

After an exam, in addition to quality assessment, it is also a basis for adjusting and improving the quality of teaching and learning. For example, English, it is necessary to aim for training to practice. There have been many opinions that students have completed 12 years of school, most of them are not fluent in English, which is a reflection of the fact that training is not effective.

Although the exam has good results, the problem is learning a foreign language to speak and use, not to take the exam. If you are only good at grammar and can read English but cannot communicate, it is an language, not a language.

Changing to improve the quality of teaching and learning is not only the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Training, but each locality proactively evaluates the quality of each subject, thereby adjusting it for better. The average score ranking of the exam and each subject is published, which is the basis for leaders of provinces and cities to see the quality of local training.
