This score is applied to all training majors and facilities of FPT University nationwide in the 2025 enrollment period.
In addition to admission according to the method of Considering high school entrance exam results and direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates can also register for FPTU by considering academic records, considering the competency assessment test scores of Hanoi National University or Ho Chi Minh City National University, and other methods.
Specifically, for the method of considering transcripts, candidates need to achieve Top50 (or Top55 for candidates of generation 1) Schoolrank ( look up rankings on the Schoolrank 2025 platform https://schoolrank.fpt.edu.vn) and at the same time have a total score of Math + 2 elective subjects ( selected from: Literature, Foreign Language, History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Economic & Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology) of the second semester of grade 12 with 21 points or more.
With the method of considering the scores of the competency assessment exam, candidates need to achieve 78 points in the competency assessment exam of Hanoi National University or 653 points from Ho Chi Minh City National University.
Other methods applied to candidates: Graduated from foreign high school; Have international certificates (APTECH HDSE/ADSE, ARENA ADIM, SKILLKING, JETKING...); Graduated from affiliated programs such as BTEC HND, Melbourne Polytechnic, FUNiX, FPT Polytechnic; Graduated from high school at schools under the FPT Education Corporation. These subjects are considered equivalent to the entrance threshold of the 2025 high school academic results admission method.
Candidates who are eligible for admission according to the methods that need to register for "FPT" are eligible to apply on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training from July 16, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025.
In 2025, FPT University will enroll 24 majors in the fields of Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications Technology, Law, and Language. All programs are built according to the application orientation, integrating digital skills and AI technology right from the first year.
