The representative of My Huong commune's leadership said that the model will be implemented on weekends in August 2025 at schools, hamlet cultural houses or other convenient places. The working group includes administrative officers, police, youth union members and professional civil servants.
The working group supports people to carry out procedures such as: registration of birth, authentication of educational documents, confirmation of poor households, near-poor households, participation in health insurance, registration of social protection, confirmation of residence. People are also instructed on how to submit documents online through the National Public Service Portal and the VNeID application, helping to save time for future transactions.

People living far from the Commune Administrative Service Center, traveling is expensive and time-consuming, now there are working groups to serve people.
