Tue Minh Duong's victim reported to the police that he was helping himself and saving people

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announces the search for customers who have been consulted and purchased traditional medicine products at Tue Minh Duong Club.

According to initial information from the police agency, Nguyen Huu Nghia, born in 1950, was identified as using Facebook and TikTok accounts named "Bo Doi U80" to advertise, advise, and guide the use of some products introduced as traditional medicine.

The investigating agency said that this person does not have a degree, is not professionally trained in traditional medicine and does not have a practicing license, but still advises, guides treatment and sells products to customers.

These are contents that functional agencies are verifying, so it is necessary to wait for the investigation conclusion and handle them according to legal regulations.

But from this case, it shows that patients must be especially vigilant against individuals and organizations that claim the titles of "traditional medicine doctor", "family medicine", "secret medicine", "traditional medicine that cures all diseases" to sell products and collect money.

Disease makes people vulnerable. Long-term treatment without results, patients are very likely to believe in the promise of getting well quickly, completely, without needing a hospital.

Staged videos, "healing" stories, and selected customer introductions can create a feeling of a "panacea", "miracle doctor".

Patients spend money to buy products, but what they may lose much more is the treatment time, not to mention "losing money and getting sick".

The Tue Minh Duong case also shows a very important thing, victims should not be silent.

If people have ever purchased products, transferred money, received treatment advice or have related documents, text messages, invoices, and advertising videos, they need to proactively provide them to the police when requested.

Many people are afraid to report because they think the amount of money they lose is not large, ashamed of believing or afraid of trouble. But that silence can cause violations to continue and more victims.

Reporting to the police is not only to reclaim their rights, but also a way to provide more evidence to clarify the case, handle violators and prevent violations.

Functional agencies also need to continue to review advertising activities, health advice, and business of products introduced as medicine on social networks.

Cases of practicing without a license, falsely advertising medicine, selling products that are not true to their nature or taking advantage of illness for personal gain need to be strictly handled according to regulations.

People also have to equip themselves with a "filter". Don't trust someone just because they say something good, don't buy a product just because of millions of views, don't go to the hospital just because of a few-minute video.

Disease cannot be cured by believing in advertising.

Finally, those who have been customers of Tue Minh Duong Club, please do not remain silent, please report to the authorities.
