The Provincial Police closely coordinate with the Department of Health and People's Committees of communes and wards to proactively grasp the situation, inspect, detect, prevent, combat and strictly handle medical facilities operating without a license, not ensuring conditions for practice, advertising violations and legal regulations in medical examination and treatment activities.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs press, media agencies and grassroots information systems in the province to closely coordinate with the health sector to promote propaganda, raise people's awareness of the rights, responsibilities and approaches to safe and legal medical examination and treatment services.
The People's Committees of communes and wards promptly grasp information of individuals and organizations that conduct medical examination and treatment of traditional medicine in the area without a practice certificate or have not been granted a license to operate medical examination and treatment according to regulations.
