In Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai), on March 27, 2025, a gang-rap incident occurred near the school gate, causing a male student to be seriously injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency care. The cause comes from personal conflicts between minors, but the solution is to organize groups, carry dangerous weapons such as homemade knives and tricuspid sticks to attack. In Thai Binh, on March 23, 12 teenagers were prosecuted for the crime of "Disturbing public order" after using weapons such as swords and glass bottles to pay each other for just one look that was considered "faulting". More worryingly, 5 of these students are still students, the rest are freelancers. This incident partly shows lax management and lack of orientation for young people in both school and family.
Most recently, in Khanh Hoa, on March 30, 2025, the police summoned 80 people to take statements, of which 37 subjects were detained to investigate acts of disturbing public order. The incident occurred on National Highway 1A, when two groups of young people made an appointment to resolve a conflict by force, seriously affecting security, order and traffic safety in the area.
The above incidents not only reflect the increasing violence among a group of young people, but also raise big questions about the responsibility of the community, schools and authorities in educating, managing and orienting the value of life for the younger generation. The lack of healthy activities, conflict resolution skills, lack of attention from the family, as well as the influence of social networks - where violent and stimulating content is easily spread - have caused many young people to slide into the path of vicia.
To prevent this situation, it is necessary to synchronously deploy many solutions such as strengthening local management, authorities need to tighten management, proactively detect and prevent groups of young people from gathering unusually. Schools and families need to coordinate closely in educating ethics, life skills, as well as creating a positive learning and living environment for students. At the same time, promote legal dissemination to young people, helping them clearly understand that their behavior can be criminally prosecuted and have a serious impact on the future.
In addition, union organizations, associations and localities should organize more community activities so that young people can exchange, share and develop themselves in the right direction.
Building a generation of young people with courage, ethics and responsibility is not only the task of everyone, but the common responsibility of the whole society. Preventing disorderly gatherings from the root not only contributes to ensuring security and order, but is also a practical action to protect the future of today's young people.
