According to the latest report of the Cao Bang Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the total area of land to be recovered according to the technical design documents approved by the project enterprise is 813.48 hectares.
Of which, Cao Bang province needs to reclaim 260.76ha, has implemented 248.87ha, reaching 95.04%. Lang Son province needs to reclaim 361.13 hectares, implement 354.5 hectares, reaching 98.16%.
As of March 27, Cao Bang province has handed over the clean site according to the technical design documents of 323.66 hectares, reaching 88.07%.
Regarding site clearance according to technical design documents, Thach An district has completed the counting, prepared a compensation plan and estimate.
It is expected that the payment of compensation to the people will be completed in March 2025. The district has relocated 58/105 households.
Quang Hoa district has also completed the counting, appraised the compensation plan and is in the process of approving it. It is expected that the compensation payment will be completed in March 2025. The district has relocated 48/86 households.
A very important thing is the resettlement of households with affected houses that many people are interested in.
In Thach An district, the locality plans to arrange accommodation for 105 households, of which 63 households registered for concentrated resettlement and 42 households were scattered.
On April 1, according to the actual records of the reporter, the resettlement area in Dong Khe town has been basically completed, the connecting routes in the area, lighting and construction site are ready. In this resettlement area, 45 households have drawn lots to receive land.
In Quang Hoa district, resettlement area D in Hoa Thuan town has completed more than 90% of the work volume, the site is ready for handover. Households were introduced to the site, scale and technical infrastructure of the resettlement area.
Mr. Nong Van Hoat (Dong Khe town) shared: "This resettlement area was built last year, and now there are a few households building houses to live in. The government also had to do it quickly so that people could still live there, but the old houses had to be demolished to build a highway".
Recently, in the project inspection on March 28, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh requested departments, branches, and sectors, especially Thach An and Quang Hoa districts, to flexibly, creatively and synchronously apply many solutions to soon hand over the site to project enterprises.
The Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the construction unit will coordinate with the districts to measure and count, speeding up the relocation of technical infrastructure for the power line to be completed before April 30.
