20 grams of black beans, 12 grams of dried lotus seeds, 2 red apples, 6 grams of goji berries and 700 ml of water.

Soak black beans for about 1 hour before cooking. Wash lotus seeds, you can remove the lotus pulp if you don't like the bitter taste. Remove red apples from seeds to reduce heat. Put black beans, lotus seeds and red apples in a pot with the prepared water, simmer for about 25 minutes until the beans are soft. Then add goji berries, cook for another 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. Let cool a little before serving.
