    Here are some ways to help restore damaged dyed hair, shared by Dr. Apoorva Shah, founder of RichFeel Trichology Centre in Mumbai.

    Hair treatment with curd

    Colored hair can be made shinier by conditioning it with curd, as curd has nourishing properties and gives hair a natural shine.

    Head massage with oils rich in vitamin E

    Massaging your head with coconut oil, almond oil, brahmi oil or jojoba oil helps restore damaged hair. As these oils are rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, they help provide essential nutrients to the hair.

    Rinse hair with apple cider vinegar

    Dilute one part apple cider vinegar with three parts water and rinse your hair with this mixture after shampooing. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Apple cider vinegar helps maintain the hair’s pH balance and helps seal the cuticle.

    Banana Hair Mask

    Peel the banana and mash it into a fine paste. Apply it to your hair and scalp. The high potassium content in bananas can help restore moisture to your hair and prevent split ends.
