According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in 2025, the total number of candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam will be 1,165,289, an increase of 93,894 compared to last year.
Of which, the number of candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program is 1,138,579, accounting for 97.71% of the total number of candidates registered for the exam; the number of candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program is 26,711, accounting for 2.29% of the total number of candidates registered for the exam.
