1. Berry oatmeal smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method:
- Put all ingredients into blender and puree.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for later.
2. Cucumber mint smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 green apple (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lemon (squeezed for juice)
- 1 cup of cold water
Method:
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and enjoy.
3. Apple cinnamon smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1 apple (core and cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Method:
- Put apples, oats, cinnamon, banana and unsweetened almond milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
4. Pineapple kale smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1/2 piece of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup kale leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Add ice and enjoy.
5. Strawberry and beetroot smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 small beetroot (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 banana
