According to Plan 96, dated May 28, of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province to deploy electronic medical records, the province will prioritize resources for implementation, ensuring quality and on schedule at all hospitals and medical centers in the province, to be completed in September 2025. Ensure the connection and sharing of data of electronic medical records between medical examination and treatment facilities and related information systems and databases according to regulations. At the same time, ensure information security, network security and information security.
Telecommunications enterprises: VNPT Bac Lieu, Viettel Bac Lieu, Gtel and Viet Sen Group, Net Medical Company respectively presented solutions to deploy electronic medical records.
Mr. Pham Van Tung - Deputy Director of Bac Lieu Department of Health - said that many businesses and companies participate in implementing electronic medical records in accordance with the capacity of businesses, meeting local needs.
For online appointments, Zalo and ADDY managers have presented this new solution. To deploy the system of booking appointments for medical examination and treatment on Zalo, there are two main approaches: Zalo Official Account (OA, official account) and Zalo Mini application. Each direction has its own advantages and disadvantages, suitable for different scales and needs.
OA is the most popular and easy-to-implement approach for small and medium-sized clinics and hospitals. The Zalo Mini application is a more comprehensive and powerful solution, suitable for large hospitals and clinics with complex management needs and providing better experiences for users.
When applied, people sitting at home can also schedule examination and treatment, not having to go to medical facilities to wait for the number of doctors as at present.
