Drink black bean water every day
Add 15 dried black beans to the pan and roast them dry until the skin cracks. Add beans to a cup. Then, boil 150 ml of water and pour into a cup. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
If you want to enjoy black beans, take them out of the tea and put them in the pan. Roast and dry over low heat before serving. This is the best method.
How to drink black bean water: Replace your regular drinking water with black bean water, at least 2,000 ml per day, drink black bean water for all three meals, at least 500 ml of black bean water per meal and continue drinking until you lose weight.
Black bean milk
When preparing breakfast or afternoon tea, take about 50 grams of steamed black beans (equivalent to about 20 grams of dried black beans), put them in a blender, pour a little steamed black bean water. Add 50 ml of boiling water, crush the beans first, then add 200 ml of water and beat for 1 minute, strain the floating residue on the surface.
Black bean milk is like regular milk, should not be taken on an empty stomach. It should be combined with starchy foods such as bread. Otherwise, the protein and other nutrients in soy milk will be converted into calories. When using black beans with other foods, choose foods with a low glycemic index (GI) to avoid weight gain.
