Melasma is a condition of hyperpigmentation that often occurs on the cheeks, forehead and neck, causing loss of aesthetics for many women. Instead of investing in expensive cosmetics, lemon juice with high vitamin C content is considered a natural "weapon" to help reduce pigmentation, make the skin glow safe and economical.
According to Harvard Health Publishing, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) in lemons inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase - the main cause of melanin production in melasma and freckles. Not only does vitamin C brighten the skin, it is also a strong antioxidant, supporting the recovery of sun damage.
How to do it:
Use 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice (not diluted).
Exfoliating flower, warm water.
Apply lemon juice
Wash your face and dry.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the bloom, lightly soaked in each nhang note.
Keep it on your skin for 510 minutes (for normal skin) or 35 minutes ( sensitive skin).
Rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.
Apply 3 times a week, in the evening before bed.
Avoid applying lemons during the day to reduce the risk of sun irritation.
After 46 weeks of perseverance, you will notice that tan is clearly gone, and the skin is brighter and more even.
Note
Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every day to protect your skin after consuming lemon.
For very sensitive skin or open wounds, try it on a small area of skin first or consult a doctor.
