Specifically, the "hospital" force includes 55 treated doctors in the fields of internal medicine, pediatrics, Imaging diagnosis and Emergency Resuscitation.
In parallel with the treatment block, 53 preventive medicine staff specializing in disease supervision, vaccination and food safety were also strengthened.
Accordingly, the increased time is 1 month for the staff of the Medical Center; 10 days/term for the provincial level.
According to Mr. Pham Giang Nam - Director of Dien Bien Department of Health, the staff is increased from provincial-level units such as: Provincial General Hospital, Lung Hospital, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Health Centers.

It is known that all enhanced officers are highly qualified and professional, including: doctors, pharmacists, bachelors in public health, medical technicians, nurses and midwives.
Mr. Pham Giang Nam added: "When there are reinforced staff, the Medical Center sends staff at the Health Station to study certificates related to medical examination and treatment such as ultrasound, testing, endoscopy, electrocardiography...".
Previously, on December 5, the Department of Health of Dien Bien province said that it is expected that about 1,000 doctors per year will be sent to the commune level.
Specifically, in the preventive health system, 45 staff of the Medical Center will be assigned to 45 Health Stations. For the treatment system, each Commune Health Station will have 1 doctor added to directly implement medical examination and treatment.
During the time that upper-level doctors return to the commune, the Health Centers will proactively send the commune's doctors to the provincial hospital to study and provide training certificates.
Provincial hospitals are also required to send doctors with expertise, training certificates in electrocardiography, ultrasound or ENT to support 15 commune health stations.
In addition, the Provincial Center for Disease Control and specialized provincial centers also sent staff with pharmaceutical and medical expertise to support remote communes.
