On the morning of December 19, Hue International General Hospital was officially inaugurated at 15 Hanoi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward (Hue City), marking a new step forward in the development of high-quality medical infrastructure in the locality.
With a total investment of more than VND 2,300 billion, Hue International General Hospital is built and operated according to the modern Hospital - Hotel model, combining intensive medical treatment with high-class accommodation and resort spaces. This model is expected to contribute to improving the capacity for medical examination and treatment in Hue and the Central region, creating conditions for people to access modern medical services on the spot, while reducing the burden on the public health system.

In the long term, the hospital aims to meet international standards, gradually expanding its service reach to Southeast Asia.
Meanwhile, in Vy Da ward (Hue city), the groundbreaking ceremony for the OXH2 - East Sky social housing project in Ecogarden urban area also took place. The project is built on a land plot of more than 2 hectares, including 4 high-rise apartment buildings (E1, E2, E3, E4). Each building has 1 basement and 15 upper floors, providing 684 apartments.
Previously, the OXH1 - West Sky social housing area in the same urban area was broken ground in 2023, with 4 buildings and a total of 723 apartments; nearly 400 apartments have been handed over so far. When OXH2 - East Sky is deployed, the total number of social housing in Ecogarden will increase to 8 high-rise apartment buildings with more than 1,400 apartments.

The East Sky buildings are planned synchronously, ensuring distance, convenient transportation, meeting construction and fire prevention standards, along with internal utility systems such as community living areas, parking lots, gardens, children's playgrounds and outdoor sports areas. The project is expected to bring a modern, safe and affordable living environment to workers, while contributing to the formation of a highlight for urban development and social security in the heart of the ancient capital of Hue.
