Therefore, to protect their skin in this weather, people need to cover themselves when going out. Use sunscreen with an SPF of over 30, UVA and UVB protection; increase skin moisturizing.

Dr. Phuong Minh emphasized that the elderly, children, and pregnant women are vulnerable to hot weather. Therefore, it is necessary to limit going out during hot weather during the day from 10:00 to 15:00.

In addition, pay attention to rehydration, nutrients, and vitamins in accordance with the energy level consumed in hot weather.

Do not suddenly move from a hot environment to a cold environment or vice versa. Allow your sweat to dry before entering a colder environment. turn off air conditioners 30-60 minutes before going to a hot environment.

When taking their children swimming in the hot season, parents need to pay attention to regular supervision while they are swimming. Do not let your children swim when they are too full or too hungry.
