People over 50 years old

Pregnant women

Breastfeeding women

Vegetarian

Malnourished people
These subjects need to supplement 1mg of vitamin B12 per day, continuously for the first month.
Then in the following months, just maintain a dose of 125 - 250 micrograms of vitamin B12.
