Mr. Doan Huu Thien, Party Committee Secretary, Chief of the Ministry of Health's Office reviewed the Office's 50-year history.
In the period of innovation and integration, the Office has taken the lead in administrative reform, application of information technology, digital transformation, modernization of document and archive work, organization of online conferences, enhancing medical communication and closely coordinating with press agencies.
The staff of the Ministry of Health's Office have worked silently, dedicatedly and responsibly, contributing significantly to the overall achievements of the entire sector. That 50-year tradition is the motivation for us to continue to innovate, create, improve professionalism, and meet increasingly high requirements in the new period.
Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen praised the important contributions of the Ministry Office and the entire health sector office system, and at the same time requested to continue innovating working methods, promoting administrative reform, applying information technology and building a team of professional and courageous staff to meet the requirements of digital transformation.
According to the Deputy Minister, the Ministry Office is not only the center for consulting and coordinating the activities of the industry but also the core force in administrative reform, enhancing communication, innovating working style and applying modern technology.
In each stage of the development of the health sector, the office is always a " bridge" connecting the direction of the leader and the implementation to the grassroots, ensuring efficiency and transparency in management and operation.
An important highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of noble titles. Doctor, Meritorious Doctor Doan Huu Thien, Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Health, was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President for his outstanding achievements in his work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland. Authorized by the President, Minister Dao Hong Lan solemnly presented this noble award to comrade Doan Huu Thien.
Also at the ceremony, on behalf of the Government Office's leaders, Comrade Do Ngoc Huynh, Deputy Head of the Government Office, presented the "For the cause of the Government Office" Medal to Comrade Dao Hong Lan, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health and Comrade Do Xuan Tuyen, Permanent Deputy Minister of Health.
The Minister of Health awarded Certificates of Merit to 30 collectives and 27 outstanding individuals in the entire health sector office. These are typical units and individuals in consulting, managing, and coordinating, with many initiatives and outstanding contributions to the emulation movement to celebrate 80 years of tradition.
In particular, on this occasion, the Ministry of Health's Office launched the book "Vietnam Health Sector Office - 80 years of building and developing (1945 - 2025) recording the historical journey, lessons learned and examples of dedicated and responsible office staff through the ages.
