Beetroot and turmeric juice helps detoxify
Beets are rich in nitrates and betalains that help detoxify by supporting liver function and blood flow. As for turmeric, it contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory compound that helps protect the liver from damage and aids in liver detoxification.
How to make beetroot and turmeric juice
Ingredient
2 beets 1 turmeric 1 apple
Half a lemon 1 green pepper Water
Method
Wash, peel and slice beets, turmeric and apples.
Puree the ingredients with pepper and filter the mixture.
Pour the juice into a cup and stir well with lemon juice.
Add water to dilute the juice.
Taste to adjust sweetness and sourness as desired.
How much beetroot and turmeric juice should I drink?
You should drink 200 to 400ml of turmeric beetroot juice every day. If you have certain medical conditions such as kidney stones, anemia or blood pressure, consult your doctor before drinking the juice.
