The human resources team is also focused on with a plan to recruit 3-5 young doctors, provide in-depth training and attract good doctors to work long-term. This is an effort to ensure a strong team of doctors and nurses, meeting technical requirements and high-quality services, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Center.
