“The future” is probably something that all of us think about every day. Some people will look at the future through bright glasses with many good intentions, but there are also some people whose vision is clouded by anxiety and uncertainty. The future can be tomorrow, or it can be many years or decades from now, only today can make a difference.
It seems that many people are still indifferent to the impact of their current lifestyle on their future selves, especially in terms of health. The saying “Health is wealth” is always valid because it is what we need to study, work, entertain or take care of our family. When faced with illness, depending on the severity, all plans and ambitions for the future can change.
What can help us clearly recognize the importance of proactively protecting our health? The answer is that each person should know how to “love their future self”, because only you can choose to act now so that your future self will receive positive things.
“Love your future self” is also the name of a special health exhibition that took place at Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ho Chi Minh City from October 18 to 20. In the middle of the bustling downtown area, a colorful space suddenly appeared like a future city, attracting everyone’s attention and curiosity.
“The Future” is the main idea throughout the exhibition. When passing through the “Gate of Time”, visitors will embark on a journey to clarify the unknown about HPV - a virus that can cause many serious diseases. The inspiration and strong impact from the exhibition helps each person form a sense of proactive defense and pay more attention to comprehensive health.
Through impressive visual effects and interesting interactions, the exhibition has integrated many important messages about taking care of “body, mind, and spirit”. Understanding HPV and the threats of the virus is the first step for each person to move towards a future of “Bright Mind”, “Healthy Body” and “Peaceful Mind”.
“Seeing is believing”, the best way for people to feel a strong connection with their future is when the image of themselves in 10, 20 years from now appears vividly. Thanks to that, the message “Love yourself in the future” is emphasized skillfully but also gently and positively.
A strong emotion spread through the crowd as they viewed the surrealist collection of paintings inspired by the stories of many famous guests overcoming trauma, facing fear of illness and life issues. Witnessing and empathizing with real losses, attendees understood the need to act for their health so that their own future goals and dreams would not be interrupted.
The presence of AI Ambassador Minah - HPV Defense Community is a testament to how important technology is in the modern medical environment. This is a companion that helps answer all questions about health, life and HPV prevention, bringing timeliness and peace of mind to the HPV defense community.
The program also has special significance when it is held on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, an occasion to express gratitude and honor the important role of women in taking care of the health of their families and communities. And they are also the subjects that need to be prioritized for protection against the threat of cervical cancer caused by HPV, which not only endangers life but can also deprive women of their motherhood.
The risk of HPV infection spares no one, so the whole community needs to join hands in efforts to protect against this virus. Through the exhibition "Love yourself in the future", health messages have been strongly conveyed, contributing to changing the habits and thinking of each person about proactively protecting the health of themselves and their families. Remember to always consult a medical professional when having any health problems.
