In recent years, besides the task of information and propaganda, Lao Dong Newspaper has always actively accompanied localities across the country in implementing social security work.
In Lao Cai, Lao Dong Newspaper has implemented many practical programs such as building schools, semi-boarding kitchens, supporting housing construction, caring for workers, policy families and vulnerable groups.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee - respectfully thanked Lao Dong Newspaper for always accompanying the locality in social security activities, especially the program to support the construction and repair of houses for relatives of martyrs.

According to Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh, the cooperation of Lao Dong Newspaper is not only meaningful in terms of material support but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping policy families improve living conditions and continue to spread the tradition of "Gratitude" in the community.
Leaders of Lao Cai province hope that in the coming time, Lao Dong Newspaper will continue to accompany the locality in social security programs, taking care of the lives of people and workers.
Representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Department of Home Affairs said that, based on the review of localities and the proposal of the Lao Cai Provincial Martyrs' Families Support Association, the 300 million VND supported by Lao Dong Newspaper will be used to build and repair houses for 6 cases of martyrs' relatives, including 3 cases of martyrs' children and 3 cases of martyrs' wives.
