In the latest update to the Sony Creators app, users can transfer both photos and videos to cloud storage platforms without connecting to a computer.
This helps optimize workflows, especially useful for photographers and content creators.
Sony said about the feature as follows: "Responsible to users' needs for a faster and more seamless working process, this new feature allows automatic transfer of photos and videos to cloud storage platforms. Thereby, users can immediately access to edit and organize data conveniently on many devices".
However, not all Sony cameras support the feature in sync with Google Drive. The compatible models include: FX3, FX30, LR1 II, LR1, LR III, LE7R V, LE7S III, LE7CR, LE7C II, hE6700, ZV-E10 II, ZV-1 II, ZV-1F, and ILX-LR1.
The Sony Creators app is now available on the Play Store and App Store.
With this step forward, Sony continues to affirm its position in the field of photography and content creation, helping users save time and optimize workflow.
The automation of data storage and data synchronization not only helps protect the content safely but also creates flexibility in editing and sharing.
