The widespread airstrike took place right on the last day of voting in the National Duma election lasting three days from September 18.
The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasized that the massive attack on Moscow on September 20 was completely unsuccessful and the enemy did not achieve the set goals.
On the Ukrainian side, President Volodymyr Zelensky praised the long-range counter-attack of the army, declaring that the night attacks hit a logistics facility and a key oil refining and petrochemical industrial link worth billions of USD of the enemy.
