    US President Donald Trump on 9.2 reaffirmed the Gaza development plan, considering this land as a "large real estate area".

    “I think it will be a big mistake when allowing people - Palestinians or people living in Gaza - to return again. And we don't want to return. Think of Gaza as a large real estate area. The US will own Gaza and slowly develop Gaza. We will soon bring stability to the Middle East " - CNN quoted Donald Trump.

    According to the United Nations, the Israeli war with Hamas caused 90% of Gaza residents to relocate, many of them had to relocate many times.

    Mr. Trump describes Gaza as a "demolition point" that will be "flattened" and "repaired".

    He also proposed other Middle East countries to arrange accommodation for Palestinians to evacuate in "beautiful places".

    President Trump first stated this proposal on 4.2 in a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

    "The United States will take over the Gaza Strip and we will also solve the work there" - Mr. Trump said, describing his vision of this area as a "Riviera of the Middle East".
