However, the club that Chen Peiyan is playing for is Quang Dong, so they do not have to compete in the qualifying round. Therefore, the 1999-born player can return to Vietnam but must complete the mandatory procedures at the beginning of the season with the Quang Dong team. She can only go to Vietnam after March 15.
