On January 5, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province confirmed that from 6pm to 11pm on the same day, it will organize a screening and cheering event for the AFF Cup final football match between the Vietnamese and Thai teams.
The screening and promotion venue is at the lobby of the Quang Tri Province Cultural and Cinema Center (Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province). A 400-inch LED screen will be set up here.
Around the lobby, there will be stalls selling food, specialties from localities in Quang Tri province.
To create the atmosphere, the organizers will have a cheerleading program and an art program, with the participation of many famous singers.
According to Mr. Hoang Nam - Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, the budget for the screening and cheering for the Vietnam - Thailand football final match was sponsored by Ken Group Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
Quang Tri province has assigned the provincial police, the Department of Health, the Department of Transport and related units to support security and order, traffic flow, medical work, etc. so that the screening for people to cheer on the final match can take place safely.
