LPB Ninh Binh has more staff
Recently, the Hanoi women's volleyball team reached an agreement with LPB Ninh Binh, allowing two players Bui Thi Anh Thao and Vi Thi Yen Nhi to compete for the ancient capital team in the 2025 national championship.
Today (February 11), the two players gathered with LPB Ninh Binh, starting professional training to catch up with their teammates. According to coach Thai Thanh Tung, borrowing the two players above helps his team feel more secure about personnel work, ready to participate in the 2025 national championship.
Bui Thi Anh Thao and Vi Thi Yen Nhi are two players who have played for the Vietnam U20 women's volleyball team. Anh Thao plays as the main attacker, while Yen Nhi plays as the setter. Both are considered to have good skills and potential in the future.
In addition to strengthening 2 domestic players, LPB Ninh Binh is also calculating the option of hiring foreign players for phase 1 of the 2025 national volleyball championship.
Sanest Khanh Hoa aims to stay in the league
"Sanest Khanh Hoa does not have the budget to hire foreign players. With the club's current squad, we aim to stay in the league. Everyone can see the difficulties. I myself am very optimistic, my mentality is to fight with all my might, not afraid of anything," head coach Ngo Van Kieu shared.
The sponsor is having difficulties and no longer has a stable source of money to spend on the team, making it impossible for Sanest Khanh Hoa to retain its key players. This leads to the coastal city team falling into a difficult situation before the 2025 season begins.
In this context, it is likely that coach Ngo Van Kieu will also take on the role of a player this season.
Coach Huu Ha does not focus on achievements
In the 2025 season, coach Nguyen Huu Ha returned to the Duc Giang Chemicals team to lead the club to replace Mr. Pham Van Long.
Born in 1981, Mr. Huu Ha is one of the outstanding athletes and has left many marks in the history of Vietnamese volleyball. With good expertise and a spirit of continuous learning, this military leader has received much affection from coaches, teammates and fans.
"I don't put too much emphasis on any achievements for the players. Through each match, each tournament, the team and I want the players to try their best and get better day by day. That's what I want to aim for this season," coach Nguyen Huu Ha expressed.
