Duc Giang Chemicals Misses International Tournament
According to the latest announcement from the KOVO Cup organizing committee in Korea, Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemical Club will not participate in this year's tournament due to regulations from the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
FIVB does not allow teams to participate in international tournaments within 3 weeks from the end of the national team training session, in order to ensure recovery time for athletes.

Therefore, not only Duc Giang Chemicals, but other foreign teams expected to participate in the KOVO Cup were also forced to withdraw for the same reason.
This caused the Vietnamese team to miss the precious opportunity to compete with many top Korean opponents such as Suwon Hyundai E&C Hillstate, GS Caltex Seoul KIXX, Daejeon Jungkwanjang Red Sparks or Gwangju AI Peppers.
Currently, coach Nguyen Huu Ha and his team are still maintaining their training at Dong Anh Stadium (Hanoi), aiming to improve their performance in the second phase of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.
At the end of phase 1, Duc Giang Chemicals temporarily ranked 5th and could not meet the ambitions of the current national runner-up. However, the Hanoi representative still has a chance to rise to the top group. The focus and efforts in the coming time will be a key factor to help Duc Giang Chemicals reaffirm its position.
The Information Corps enters overseas training
Today, the Information Corps entered the first training session of the active training session in Thuong Hai (China) and experienced an internal match.

In the coming time, coach Pham Van Long and his team will continue to have other quality training sessions with Shanghai and Jiangsu clubs until September 24. This is a necessary preparation before the team heads towards the second phase of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.
Currently, the Information Corps is the only team conducting training abroad to enhance their expertise. Meanwhile, VTV Binh Dien Long An will compete in the 2025 SEALECT Cup friendly tournament.
