VTV Binh Dien Long An changes captain
Today (September 19), the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) announced the list of teams participating in the 2025 Asian Women's Club Cup. Notably, in the list of VTV Binh Dien Long An, the captain's armband was given to the main striker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, instead of setter Vo Thi Kim Thoa as previously reported.
This decision is understandable because Thanh Thuy is the number 1 star in the VTV Binh Dien Long An squad. This player's talent was also recognized after his performances in both club and national team.

After arriving in the Philippines, with 2 days off to get used to the climate and the stadium, the Vietnamese representative will have the opening match against Beijing BAIC Motor (China) at 09:00 on April 21.
Women's team lacks personnel
Speaking to Lao Dong, a member of the leadership of the Information Corps - TCT Dong Bac football team said that due to the requirements of working at the management unit, coach Nguyen Trong Linh has not been able to participate in the first training session in 2025 with the Vietnam women's volleyball team.
According to the plan, the Vietnam women's volleyball team will gather tomorrow (September 20). Mr. Nguyen Trong Linh is one of three assistant coaches to support head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet.

Coach Nguyen Trong Linh is leading the youth team of the Information Corps women's volleyball team - Dong Bac TCT. This team has just completed its professional mission in the 2025 National A-League in Kon Tum.
Yen Nhi takes souvenir photos in Kon Tum
