The training program of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team will begin in Bac Ninh from May 25 according to the decision of the Vietnam Sports Administration.
During the training camp, fitness expert Karl Lim will return to accompany the players. Mr. Karl Lim has reached an agreement with the Vietnam Volleyball Federation to return to Vietnam this time.
In 2025, this fitness expert joined the coaching staff of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team and focused on the task of improving the fitness of Vietnamese female players. He participated in SEA Games 33 with the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team.
The Vietnamese women's volleyball team will practice in Bac Ninh and then attend the 2026 AVC Cup in the Philippines from June 6 to June 14.
In the first gathering, head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet trained 14 players including Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Le Nhu Anh, Le Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Vi Thi Yen Nhi, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Ly Thi Luyen, Le Thi Yen, Dinh Thi Thuy, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Dang Thi Kim Thanh, Doan Thi Xuan.
Currently, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has no injuries.
Players participating in the VTV9 - Binh Dien Cup 2026, including head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, will come to Bac Ninh after the tournament ends in Tay Ninh.
