According to Lao Dong's investigation, setter Cao Thi Hoa Tham has asked to withdraw from the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team in the upcoming force addition phase.
Hoa Tham is in a recovery phase due to injury, so the managing unit of Duc Giang Chemicals has proposed that the Vietnam Volleyball Federation stop concentrating players even though she is on the supplementary list.
Hoa Tham's absence will make coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet have to find a replacement.
It is expected that experienced player Doan Thi Lam Oanh (Information Corps) will be proposed to supplement the training force.
However, there may also be a possibility that Lam Oanh has not yet joined the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team, so coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will have a plan of 1 young setter player proposed to the Vietnam Volleyball Federation.
According to the initial plan, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet proposed 14 faces to be added to training, including Nguyen Huynh Phuong Thuy, Pham Quynh Huong (Information Corps), Bui Thi Anh Thao (Hanoi), Bui Hong Nhung (Duc Giang Chemicals) – main attacker; Nguyen Thi Tra My (VTV Binh Dien Long An), Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh (Information Corps) – opposite hitter;
Le Thuy Linh (Hanoi), Trinh Huynh Bao Ngoc (VTV Binh Dien Long An), Luu Thi Hue (LPBank Ninh Binh), Nguyen Phuong Quynh (Vietinbank) – middle block;
Cao Thi Hoa Tham (Hoa Chat Duc Giang), Dinh Thi Van (Kinh Bac Bac Ninh) – setter; Vo Thi Thao Nguyen (VTV Binh Dien Long An), Ca Thi Tu (Kinh Bac Bac Ninh) - libero.
This is a list of 14 players proposed by the coaching staff for the Vietnam Volleyball Federation to ask for opinions from managing units.
In addition to Hoa Tham, player Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh will almost certainly not join the team because she does not have enough time to recover from her injury according to the treatment regimen at this time.
The next training session of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team takes place in Bac Ninh in July. If the list is completed, the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team will have 28 players.
