Defeating Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner wins Six Kings Slam

In the early morning of October 19 (Vietnam time), Jannik Sinner successfully defended his Six Kings Slam title after defeating Carlos Alcaraz 6-2, 6-4 in the final.

Just 7 weeks after the defeat to Alcaraz in the US Open final, the Italian tennis player took spectacular revenge with an overwhelming performance. Sinner took advantage of three of the 10 chances to break the ball, ending the game in less than 90 minutes to win a prize of $6 million - the highest prize for a tennis tournament of the year.

In the first set, Sinner quickly took the opening break and won 6-2. Alcaraz played more hard in set 2, but still could not turn the game around when he lost the ball at a decisive moment. The Spaniard had to accept defeat on a day when Sinner was playing almost perfectly, giving his opponent no chance to break-point.

This year's Six Kings Slam brings together 6 top players including Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Taylor Fritz, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner. Each person is guaranteed to attend for 1.5 million USD, while the champion receives 6 million USD with a gold-plated racket.

With this victory, Sinner extended his streak of 6 consecutive wins at the Six Kings Slam for 2 consecutive years, affirming his position as one of the most outstanding and stable tennis players in the coaching profession today.
