Each team is allowed to register a maximum of 2 foreign players in the list of 14 official players and only 1 foreign player is allowed to play at all times. At the same time, the men's and women's champions will be promoted to participate in the 2027 National Championship.
Bac Ninh women's team has been relegated after the 2023 National Championship. Last year, this team did not reach the final of the 2025 National Volleyball League A, so they missed the opportunity to win a promotion to the 2027 National Championship.
