The two golf teams of Vietnam and Singapore have arrived at the golf course in Phan Thiet (Lam Dong) ready to compete in the Vietnam - Singapore Alliance Cup 2025 friendly tournament.
At the tournament, the Vietnam golf team was led by captain Ngo Dinh Diem. We registered 12 players, including 8 golfers who are golfers holding the highest position on the VGA Tour 2025 rankings of Vietnam golf and 4 golfers selected by the coaching staff. The home team has a number of golfers actively preparing professionally to find a place to participate in the 33rd SEA Games.
The Vietnam - Singapore Alliance Cup is an annual international competition tournament sponsored by the Vietnam Golf Association (VGA) and the Singapore Professional Golf Association (SPGA).
This year, golfers from the two teams will compete in a match-play format with a total of 24 matches, including 6 foursomes, 6 four-balls and 12 singles matches.
Professional coaches Bach Cuong Khang and Nguyen Thai Duong were also present at the tournament to grasp the achievements of each Vietnamese golfer. The tournament program took place from July 30 to August 1.
Previously, members of the Vietnam Golf Team and the Singapore Golf Team were present at the stadium to get acquainted and prepare most carefully before the official competition.
