Coach Kim Sang-sik appointed as Honorary Ambassador for Korea Tourism

    Coach Kim Sang-sik was appointed by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) as the Honorary Ambassador of Korea Tourism for the 2025-2027 period.

    The appointment ceremony took place on the morning of June 21 in Ho Chi Minh City, within the framework of the Korea Travel Festa 2025 event.

    The title of Honorary Ambassador of Korea Tourism is a title awarded by the Korea Tourism Administration to influential figures at home and abroad to promote the brand and competitiveness of Korean tourism in the international market.

    In the sports field, some of the faces that were previously appointed include Indonesia head coach Shin Tae-yong, baseball player Ryu Hyun-jin, swimmer Park Tae-hwan and player Choo Shin-soo.

    Coach Kim Sang-sik's honor is not only a recognition of his contributions to Vietnamese football but also a meaningful bridge in the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Korea.
