On March 28, the dưỡng sinh - Yoga Physical Training Festival officially took place at the Binh Duong Training and Sports Competition Center.
The event is part of the plan to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnam's Physical Education and Sports industry, the 50th anniversary of the industry's development in the city, and also towards the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Sports Festival in 2026.

The festival attracted a large number of delegates, athletes and people to participate. The program content not only focused on performances but also emphasized the role of physical training in the community, especially for the elderly.
A notable point of the event is the dưỡng sinh gymnastics performance with the participation of nearly 1,000 members. The performances are organized synchronously, with a combination of movement and performance elements, contributing to improving the effectiveness of training as well as the spread in the community.

In parallel with the festival, many other sports activities are also being implemented according to the plan.
Pickleball is expected to be held on April 11, 2026 at the court cluster of the Ho Chi Minh City Tennis - Pickleball Federation. Next, the swimming event will take place on April 12 at a sports unit in the area.
By April 26, the Vovinam Club Festival will be held at Thu Dau Mot University with the participation of more than 300 martial arts students.
The street parade program combines sports and culture is expected to take place on the morning of April 4, at 29th Square. This activity includes a running parade and a parade through many main routes, combined with performance content and introduction of images of sports.
The series of activities is an important preparation step for the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Sports Festival in 2026, contributing to promoting the physical training movement and expanding community participation.
