This is the 9th consecutive year that the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has coordinated with the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) to organize the highest domestic football tournament, with the support of the diamond sponsor - Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank).
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, leaders of VFF, VOV, sponsors, representatives of participating clubs and a large number of reporters and press agencies.
The 2025 HDBank National Futsal Cup will take place from August 3 to 12 at Lanh Binh Thang Stadium (Binh Thoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of 8 teams: Thai Son Nam Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Son Bac, Sahako, Hanoi, Tan Hiep Hung, Saigon Titans, Luxury Ha Long and Tre Ho Chi Minh City.
The teams are divided into two groups, each group of four teams will compete in a round-robin to select the two leading teams to enter the semi-finals. The third and fourth-placed teams will compete in the 5th and 7th place regions.
VFF leaders emphasized that this year's tournament not only helps clubs continue to affirm their positions, but is also an opportunity for the coaching staff of the Vietnam futsal team to select forces to prepare for the 2026 Asian futsal qualifiers (taking place from September 20 to 24.
